This application was developed to overcome the problem of finding many departmental documents after years of accumulation.
A long time is often used by officers in searching for documents, thus affecting the officers emotions.
In addition, there are often problems with documents falling out of files.
This application successfully solves the problem and, at the same time, overcomes the high cost of purchasing paper in every government and private department.
Google Sites was developed to manage the digital file system for the Technical and Vocational Department (TVET) at SMK Bawang Assan (YEA3201).
Next, an Android application was created that linked to those Google Sites to make it easier for all users to access the files anywhere through a smartphone, regardless of location and time.
